Recommendation: Cup sizes A-DD can wear strips as advised on the box. E+ we recommend wearing our Original Lift & Shape tape for the most support without needing to layer a lot of tape. G+ we recommend our Original Lift & Shape Tape and these DIY strips to add extra support for the sides only. We never recommend overlapping the tape or using a lot of strips.
