At Style Cheat, we want to make your shopping experience as clear as possible. Please read the information below before placing an international order.

Will I be charged customs duties or import taxes?

Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT and customs clearance fees. These charges are determined by the customs authority in your destination country and are not included in your order total unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Republic of Ireland

Orders shipped to the Republic of Ireland are sent from the United Kingdom.

Duties and taxes are not collected at checkout. If applicable, you may be required to pay import duties, VAT and/or customs clearance charges before your parcel can be delivered. Your courier will contact you directly if payment is required.

Who is responsible for these charges?

The customer is responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, VAT and clearance fees charged by the destination country.

Unfortunately, Style Cheat has no control over these charges and cannot advise what the cost will be, as they vary depending on local customs regulations.

How are customs charges calculated?

Customs charges are determined by your country's customs authority and may depend on:

• The value of your order

• The type of goods purchased

• The country of origin

• Local customs regulations and tax rates

What happens if I don't pay the customs charges?

If customs charges are not paid, your parcel may be returned to Style Cheat or abandoned by the courier.

If a parcel is returned due to unpaid customs charges, any refund issued will be for the value of the items only. Original shipping costs, return shipping charges and any fees incurred by Style Cheat may be deducted from your refund where applicable.

Can Style Cheat estimate my customs charges?

Unfortunately, no. Customs duties and taxes are set by the customs authorities in your destination country, so we are unable to calculate or predict these charges before your order is shipped.
