"Well…I placed order in good time for my honeymoon. Never received the item, kept being told it’s on its way. It’s been 3 weeks , couldn’t track, customer service absolutely unhelpful. Never answer my query. . no phone line. So very disappointed as was personalised. Gone on honeymoon without it now"
