Wrong size received. Terrible customer service

"I ordered a size 6 and received a size 16, despite both the order confirmation and packing slip showing a size 16. Since the date I received the wrong size I have received unsatisfactory (virtually non existent and chat bot type) customer service regarding how to proceed with a refund/exchange as the online process says my country is not eligible for a refund (Australia). This was a $142 purchase including delivery. I will never shop here again. Buyer beware!"
